Saturday 4th January 2014 is World Hypnotism Day. The aim of this day is to remove the myths and preconceptions surrounding hypnosis and hypnotherapy, and to inform people of the benefits of hypnosis.
To celebrate the day I am running a Facebook and Twitter competition during the day. There will be 2 main prizes up for grabs: A personalised 30 minute relaxation/hypnotherapy session at Old Bridge Street Practice, Truro, or the session by Skype/FaceTime. There will also be 5 runner up prizes of a relaxation CD.
